目的：加速中药饮片产业化、科学化、规范化发展进程.方法：本着充分利用现代化的科学技术和现代化管理的方法手段,从立足中医药特色入手,扩大与提高中药饮片在国际市场的竞争力为抓手,顺应国际时代潮流,做大、做强,造福人类.结果与结论：国家要重视炮制研究,加大投资力度,重视培养炮制人才,加大炮制原理的研究力度,优化炮制方法,改进炮制工艺,大胆尝试新型中药饮片的开发.这样才能开发出更多进入国际市场的中药饮片产品,提高中药饮片在国际市场的竞争力,为中医药最终走向世界奠定基础.
