本文建立了水中草甘膦残留的高效液相色谱-柱后衍生检测法,该方法省却了繁琐以及对环境不友好的前处理步骤,直接进样测定.该方法的最小检出限为0.005mg/L,回收率在82％-95％之间,准确灵敏,在实际生产中应用非常广泛.
