Abstract:Electrochemical immunosensors,which combine the specificity of immunoreaction with the advantages of electrochemical transducer,such as stability,sensitivity and inexpensive,have been the subject of hot research in recent years.However,there exist some key techniques.Avian influenza (AI) is a very important infectious diseases.It can cause huge economic losses and do harm to human health.An immunosensor for detecting the Avian influenza virus(AIV) H5N1 Ag was developed here.
