中厚板精密冲裁机理及工艺优化研究进展

精密冲裁是在普通冲裁基础上发展起来的一种先进的精密塑性成形工艺.精冲过程中,材料在三向压应力作用下变形,极大改善了材料的塑性变形能力,最终可得到尺寸精度高且质量稳定的优质零部件.聚焦于该工艺复杂的成形机理,本文围绕精冲材料的成形性能分析、成形过程韧性断裂预测、成形工艺优化等关键技术,介绍了上海交通大学在中厚板精密冲裁领域的部分研究进展.精密冲裁工艺可实现净成形,在节约成本和提高效率等方面的优势非常突出,未来精冲件的应用会更加广泛。中厚板精冲材料的预处理方式、精冲过程的精确模拟、精冲工艺的开发应用,都将成为未来精冲领域的重要研究方向。
