过敏性支气管肺曲霉病(ABPA)是肺部真菌疾病中的重要一种.尽管临床上不多见,然其诊断较难,容易误诊漏诊,且治疗效果不稳定.因此了解本病的诊断和治疗对于临床上处理本病具有重要的意义.ABPA尽管是一种罕见疾病,但诊断标准不一及疗效不定是关注焦点.
