Photodetectors that can convert incident photon flux density into an electrical signal are attractive in various applications including optical communications, environmental monitoring, security surveillance, and chemical/biological sensing. The interests in optoelectronic devices based on hybrid perovskite especially for CH3NH3PbI3 has been boomed in recent years due to its excellent photoelectric properties including high absorption coefficient, extended diffusion length of excitation and external quantum efficiency (EQE)in the visible wavelength range, which are essential properties for photodetectors.1-3 Inkjet printing has attracted increasing attention recently which offers a mask-free,material-cost effective, and patterned-deposition method to form functional patterns in large area, compared with various other solution-processing methods employed in optoelectronic and electronic devices, such as spin-coating,blade coating, and so on.
