With the rapid development of microfabrication technology,more fabrication methods and applications of microchannel heat exchanger have been frequently reported in last two decade1-3,and those methods usually have high manufacturing cost and low the machining efficiency.A combined tool with stacked blade was developed to high effectively fabricate the microchannel plates using the milling process.The sizes of microchannels were determined by the thickness of blade,spacing of blade and the milling depth.The microchannel plates were then used to assemble the microchannel heat exchanger with obvious advantages of low manufacturing cost,small assembly error and easy operation of reverse flow downstream.
