T strategy,which warrants for further investigation.uberculosis (TB) is one of the most important chronic infectious diseases caused by the infection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb).Mycobacterium bovis Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG) is the unique vaccine widely used for TB prevention,though its protective efficacy against Mtb infection is limited.It is therefore an urgent need to develop better vaccines and vaccination strategies to prevent the global spread of Mtb infection.
