  多导睡眠图(PSG)是诊断OSAHS的金标准,但因其耗时费力、院外等待时间长,很多患者得不到及时诊治,且用其反复监测来判断病情进展和疗效并不现实。应用生物学标志物来判断病情进展和评估疗效要比反复PSG监测更直观便捷,如CPAP作为OSAHS的首选治疗,其依从性差仍然是临床医师面临的挑战,应用生物学标志物及时评价疗效以强化治疗动机无疑是提高依从性的重要策略之一。
