主要讨论一种基于GMA丙烯酸体系的新型丙烯酸粉末涂料及其在光伏面板组件中的应用.这种丙烯酸粉末的透光率达到94%,透明度堪比玻璃.20min@170℃能够完全固化成型.这种粉末具有优异的耐侯性能和耐湿热性能,3000hUVB照射后色差小于1.5,保光率大于95%,达到户外20a的耐侯级别,湿热1000h后的色差小于1.5,保光率大于90%.这种新型的粉末涂料在粉末涂料界,无论是原材料上、技术上、工艺上还是应用上,都是一次全新的尝试,是对粉末涂料的研发、制造、性能和应用的重大突破.
