Objective:To observe the influence of FZZY on protecting liver and reducing enzyme of the acute liver injury model which was induced by CCl4.Methods:Establish the acute liver injury model caused by CCl4.Totally 60 mice were randomly divided into six groups:the normal control group,the acute liver injury model group,the biphenyl dimethyl dicarboxylate (DDB) group,the FZZY high dose group,the medium dose group and the low dose group,each group with 10 mice.Gavaged s.i.d.continued 7 days with 20mL / kg.Two hours after last administration,intraperitoneal injection lOml/kg olive oil solution to all mice except the blank control group.Sixteen hours after last administration,abstracted the eyeball blood of mice,then obtained livers and calculated the liver index of each mouse.Histopathological detection was done for a small piece of left liver.The levels of ALT,AST and ALP were detected by kit.Results:Compared with model group,the liver index of their drug groups of FZZY were significantly decreased (P<0.05),meanwhile the high and medium dose groups of FZZY significantly decreased ALT and AST level (P<0.05) and the medium dose also reduced the level of ALP (P<0.05).Liver pathology detection results manifest the therapeutically effects of FZZY on acute liver injury model induced by CCl14 in the lesions of fatty,edema,necrosis lesions (P<0.05).Conclusion:Through reducing the levels of ALP,ALT and AST,and improving the damage degree of liver tissue,FZZY have the therapeutic effect of the acute liver injury.
