　　Objective To explore the clinical experience of anterograde perforator flaps with posterior tibial artery to repair the wound of foot and ankle.Methods 5 patients with skin necrosis and defects of foot and ankle caused by trauma were treated with anterograde perforator flaps with posterior tibial artery.

目的：探讨口腔颌面部锥形束CT(CBCT)在评估下颌前牙区种植的解剖因素及牙槽骨骨量准确程度的作用,评价其指导下颌前牙区域种植的临床效果。方法：选取2019年10月至2020年8月期间70例计划进行下颌前牙区种植的患者拍摄CBCT,了解拟种植区牙槽骨高度、宽度、密度、形态及与相邻重要解剖结构的位置关系,根据分析结果辅助手术完成。
