  目的 探索在肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(CAF)和MET 非扩增胃癌细胞之间由HGF 介导的调控网络,并研究其对肿瘤生长及转移的调控作用。方法 研究CAF 分泌的HGF 对MET 阴性、MET 扩增、MET 非扩增胃癌细胞系的生物学功能影响。探究HGF 对MET 非扩增胃癌细胞系的生物学功能影响的分子机制。
