A dichlorvos degradation related gene, pon, which was investigated mostly in mammals, was obtained in Trichoderma atroviride (T23) by homology cloning in this study.Based on cDNA template of T23, pon-6 was identified to be the highest homology.The protein structure of PON-6 was analyzed by a series of bioinformatics software.Moreover, it predicted there was an interactive motif between PON-6 and dichlorvos, and the concentration of PON-6 was one of the key factors on degradation of dichlorvos.
