森吉米尔可逆式轧机在轧制过程中,卷取机钢带夹紧装置易发生钳口变形、活塞密封漏油、塌卷等故障。使用两段式钳口对钳口进行改造;改变缸体大小,活塞与缸体上方增加凹槽;以及制作活塞专用工具等方法对单体设备进行改进。通过这些方法最终实现卷取机钢带夹紧装置年故障次数和年故障处理均减少,而且便于维护,提高了设备的运行效率,已推广到其他轧机上进行改造。
Sendzimir reversing mill in the rolling process, coiler strip clamping device prone to jaw deformation, piston seal leakage, collapse and other failures. The use of two-stage jaw on the transformation; change the size of the cylinder, the piston and the cylinder above the increase of grooves; and the production of special tools such as piston on the single device to be improved. Through these methods, the number of annual failures and the number of annual failures of the steel strip clamping device of the coiler are reduced and the maintenance efficiency is improved, and the operation efficiency of the equipment is improved. The transformation has been implemented on other rolling mills.
