正交设计在预分解窑用矿化剂性能评价中的应用

高强度熟料是每个水泥生产企业的内在需求.但与之匹配的高率值生料,易烧性过差,影响工艺操作,难以稳定煅烧连续生产.合理使用矿化剂改善易烧性,减轻窑烧成负荷可为预分解窑系统生产高强度熟料开辟新途径.本文研究了适合预分解窑系统的矿化剂,原料全部来自工业废渣和尾矿.建立了以易烧性系数和矿化系数双参数的等级划分,并以此评价矿化剂效果.采用正交试验法对矿化剂因素水平进行了研究,找到了复合矿化剂的最优组合.即带入生料中的CaF2含量0.6%,MnO含量0.4%,P2O5含量0.6%时最佳,可为矿化剂应用到预分解窑系统的工业生产提供借鉴.
