Needle Heat-up is a big issue in textile sewing.In this article the impact of room temperature and humidity on sewing needle is measured by thermo camera ,touch method thermocouple and lastly by inserting thermocouple inside the groove of needle and measuring the temperature of needle at high speed of sewing.
