Objective The study of serum Raman fingerprint screening was to use PCA (principal component analytical method) and HCA (cluster analysis method) with unified method for lung cancer (n=43) and early breast disease (n=58) from healthy group (n=35).Above results were compared with the current immune luminous/fluorescence method.
