黄芪多糖对人胃癌细胞系MGC-803的生长抑制作用及细胞周期的影响

目的:通过不同浓度、不同时间的黄芪多糖作用于人胃癌细胞系MGC-803,探讨其对胃癌细胞的生长抑制作用及细胞周期的影响.方法:用RPMI 1640培养液对人胃癌细胞MGC-803进行传代培养,采用MTT法检测黄芪多糖对MGC-803的生长抑制作用,采用流式细胞术检测黄芪多糖对MGC-803细胞周期的影响.结果:MTT法实验显示黄芪多糖可抑制MGC-803细胞增殖;细胞周期分析提示黄芪多糖可将细胞MGC-803阻滞于G0/G1期,效应均呈浓度和时间依赖性.结论:黄芪多糖能抑制胃癌细胞增殖,其机制之一是影响细胞周期使之阻滞于G0/G1期.
