不同秸秆厌氧发酵产沼气潜力研究

  农作物秸秆沼气资源的开发和利用可以有效缓解能源匮乏及环境污染等问题.本研究在中温35℃,采用批式试验,通过产气量、甲烷含量、挥发性有机酸、Modified Gompertz方程等综合评价水稻秸秆、玉米干黄秸秆、玉米青贮秸秆、烟草秸秆生成沼气的潜力.结果表明:玉米青贮秸秆24天的累积产气量774.7167ml,水稻秸秆24天的累积产气量669.88mL,干黄秸秆24天的累积产气量628.77mL,烟草秸秆24天的累积产气量577.53mL;玉米青贮秸秆的日最高产气量是118.75mL,水稻秸秆的日最高产气量是108.5mL,其次是烟草秸秆和干黄秸秆;四种秸秆的甲烷含量均超过60%,其中青贮秸秆的甲烷含量最高值达到67.3%;.青贮秸秆能够产生较多的有机酸来提供甲烷菌的代谢分解.因此,就产沼气潜力来说,青贮秸秆最佳,其次是水稻秸秆,再次是干黄秸秆,最差是烟草秸秆;玉米青贮秸秆的后期出现乳酸;玉米青贮秸秆的沼气潜力最大,其值达到140.08mL,水稻秸秆的产沼气潜力是125.08mL,玉米干黄秸秆的产沼气潜力是106.80mL,烟草秸秆的产沼气潜力是76.49mL.本研究为不同秸秆资源的清洁利用提供了理论基础.
