碳包覆COFE2O4/石墨烯纳米复合材料作为锂离子电池负极材料的电化学性能研究

  以天然石墨和葡萄糖为碳源,通过180℃/12h的水热条件和低温热解过程成功制备含33%石墨烯、5%无定形碳的碳包覆CoFe2O4/石墨烯纳米复合材料.透射电镜显示晶格条纹间距为0.25 nm,对应CoFe2O4晶粒 (JCPDS No.22-1086) 的(311)面,并且拥有薄碳层的小尺寸CoFe2O4纳米粒子高密度的均匀分散在褶皱的石墨烯片层上.
