Recently,solution-processed semiconductor nanostructures(e.g.,TiO2 nanorods and ZnO nanowires)find widespread applications in diverse areas such as solar cells,photocatalysis and sensors,due to their low cost and fantastic photoelectrochemical(PEC)properties [1,2].However,they always suffer from poor charge transport,probably induced by imperfect crystallinity and existing surface trap sites for the as-synthesized nanostructures from solutions.
