目的：双阴性T细胞(double negative T cells,DNTs,CD3+CD4-CD8-T)在机体发生感染、炎症或自身免疫病时参与维持免疫系统的稳态,并可以通过释放IL-10和TGF-β降低机体免疫活化程度.DNT细胞与HIV疾病进展有相关性.
