  An ionic liquid was prepared by mixing KPF6 and 1-methyl-3-ethylic bromide (EMIM) under dry argon atmosphere.The first, the intermediates 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium bromide (EMIM)Br was prepared.Reaction equation:C4HgBr+[EIM] →[EMIM]Br.The second, [EMIM] PF6 was prepared.Reaction equation:[EMIM]Br +KPF6→[EMIM] PF6+KBr.
