To explore optimum artificial inoculation method of plasmodiphora brassicae in Pak-choi,4 kinds of artificial inoculation methods were applied to pak-choi inoculated plasmodiphora brassicae,the results showed that the clubroot disease incidence of pakchoi were higher at concentration Y2(2 x 108 spores/ml)in the mixed hypnospore soil method.
