据相关研究机构和SFDA信息披露,未来3-5间,中国即将大规模临床推广接种抗HPV疫苗,以期达到控制包括宫颈癌在内的恶性疾病发生率.通过分析先行国家接种Cervarix(R)/Gardasil(R)的临床统计资料,我们预测,中国疾病预防控制机构推行这项计划面临的成败关键,应该注重二个方向与二个人群,即技术层面和伦理层面二大方向,后者的重点关注人群一是11-12岁男女少年及其家庭,应与相关部门配合,主动加强对性知识尤其是两性关系和性传播疾病的普及程度,接种全覆盖.
