目的:溶栓治疗是急性脑梗死目前公认最有效的根本性的治疗方法.治疗时间窗是溶栓治疗的重要问题.本研究回顾性探讨了延期静脉溶栓对急性脑梗死患者预后的疗效.方法:选择2009年1月至2012年1月期间在我院神经内科住院经静脉溶栓治疗的395例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料.
