Objective:To study clinical characteristics of acute kidney injury(AKI)in gouty arthritis.Methods:All 199 cases,who were diagnosed as gouty arthritis,were in-patients of department of rheumatology of Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province from September 2009 to August 2014,were divided into two groups according to the dynamic change of serum creatinine.Among them,22 cases belonged to AKI group,177 cases belonged to non-AKI group.Their clinical manifestations,demographic data,complications,drugs of treatment and laboratory datas were studied.Datas were statistical analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistics 17.0.
