目的研究丁公藤的化学成分。方法利用硅胶、凝胶、HPLC等色谱技术分离纯化化学成分,通过理化性质和波谱数据确证其结构。结果从丁公藤中共分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为绿原酸(Ⅰ),东莨菪素(Ⅱ),东莨菪苷(Ⅲ),丁香树脂醇(Ⅳ),β-D-葡萄糖-丁香树脂醇苷(Ⅴ),(+)-syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(l→6)-β-D–glucopyranoside(Ⅵ),4-O-[6-O-(5-O–syringoyl-β-D-apiofuranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-(+)–syringaresinol(Ⅶ),4-O-[6-O-(5-O-syringoyl-β-D-apiofuranosyl)-β-D–glucopyranosyl]-7’-epi-syringaresinol(Ⅷ),4-O-[6-O-(5-O-sinapoyl-β-D-apiofuranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-(+)-syringaresinol(Ⅸ),4-O-[6-O-(5-O-sinapoyl-β-D-apiofuranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-7’-epi-syringaresinol(Ⅴ),7-O-[6-O-(5-O-sinapoyl-β-D-apiofuranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-6–methoxycoumarin(Ⅺ),7-O-[2-O-(5-O-sinapoyl-β-D-apiofuranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-6-methoxycoumarin(Ⅻ),1-O-[6-O-(5-O-sinapoyl-β-D-apiofuranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol(ⅩⅢ),7-O-[6-O-sinapoyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-6-methoxycoumarin(ⅩⅣ),7-O-[2-O–sinapoyl-β-D–glucopyranosyl]-6-methoxycoumarin(ⅩⅤ).结论化合物Ⅵ~ⅩⅤ为新化合物。
