：
目的 通过检测内蒙古包头市区过敏性鼻炎患者血清中特异性IgE抗体,分析食物性和吸入性过敏原,为临床诊治和预防提供依据.方法 采用免疫印迹定量检测法,发现并确定过敏原.结果 105例患者均对本检测试剂呈阳性.其中仅由吸入物过敏原引起的阳性率为38.1％(04/105),仅由食物过敏原引起的阳性率为15.2％(16/105),同时由吸入和食物过敏原引起的阳性率为46.7％(49/105).只对一种过敏

目的 通过检测内蒙古包头市区过敏性鼻炎患者血清中特异性IgE抗体,分析食物性和吸入性过敏原,为临床诊治和预防提供依据.方法 采用免疫印迹定量检测法,发现并确定过敏原.结果 105例患者均对本检测试剂呈阳性.其中仅由吸入物过敏原引起的阳性率为38.1％(04/105),仅由食物过敏原引起的阳性率为15.2％(16/105),同时由吸入和食物过敏原引起的阳性率为46.7％(49/105).只对一种过敏原呈阳性反应的为27.6％ (29/105),同时对2种或2种以上过敏原呈阳性反应的为72.4％(76/105).按阳性率高低,吸入性过敏原8类,依次是蒿属植物和艾蒿花粉、尘螨和粉螨、榆杨及柳树、屋尘、豚草、蟑螂、点霉素等菌类猫狗皮毛,食物性过敏原5类,依次是虾蟹、鳕鱼、黄豆和花生、牛奶、鸡蛋.
