OBJECTIVE: Functionalized graphene oxide (GO) exhibits near-infrared (NIR) absorbance, photothermal properties, and can be designed to target tumor, and therefore has been recently explored for photothermal therapy (PTT).However, it is highly desired to develop GO-based nanoplatform with enhanced photothermal therapeutic efficacy and imaging functionalities.
