线结构光传感器中光平面标定的精度提升方法

  为了准确标定出线结构光传感器中的光平面参数,提出了一种提升精度的标定方法。该方法采用平面同心圆标靶,根据三点透视模型获取标定点在摄像机坐标系下的坐标。为指导标定实验,提高标定点的估计精度,对标定所用数学模型进行了不确定度分析。然后利用交比不变原理获取光平面上更多标定点,可进一步增强该方法的鲁棒性。实验结果表明:该标定方法测量精度大幅提升,平均误差可达0.0242mm,平均相对误差为0.0857%,操作简单方便适合现场标定。
