　　Objective: To investigate the changes in relaxation capacity and expression of β receptors with the progression of type 2 diabetes mellitus in SD rat model.Methods: Detrusor strips,when stimulated in vitro by isoprenaline,a β receptor,at increasing concentrations (1×109-3×105),were employed to conduct the contraction/relaxation test.

目的：探讨动静脉内瘘不同静脉斜面端侧吻合的瘘口血流比较。方法：对36例慢性肾功能衰竭患者采用不同的静脉斜面吻合,进行动静脉端侧吻合术,并进行B超检查比较。结果：头静脉斜面向下与桡动脉端侧吻合,B超分析吻合口静脉端涡流发生率低,血流速更好,能取得更满意的临床效果。结论：头静脉斜面向下与桡动脉端侧吻合是一种比较好的动静脉内瘘缝合技术。
