Chronic neutrophilic leukemia (CNL) is a rare myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) characterized by sustained elevated neutrophil levels with Fewer than 20 subjects with CNL and a with T618I mutation are reported in other studies.SET binding protein 1(SETBP1) mutations were also reported in partial CNL cases (～33 ％).
