非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)是指临床有尿道炎的表现,而尿道分泌物涂片及培养淋球菌均阴性的一类性传播疾病,40％-50％由沙眼衣原体、20-30％由支原体引起,还可由阴道毛滴虫、白色念珠菌、单纯疱疹病毒和阴道嗜血杆菌等引起。单纯使用西药治疗困难,易复发.本文论述了某医院自2005年起使用翁沥通胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎,取得良好的疗效。
