依西美坦+依维莫司治疗乳腺癌并发酮症酸中毒急性胰腺炎及脑出血一例

目的：为更好的使用依维莫司治疗乳腺癌提供安全有效的参考。方法：以依西美坦+依维莫司治疗乳腺癌1例的治疗过程,报道本方案的有效性、安全性和注意的并发症。结果：无患者女50岁已婚于2012-12-05行左乳腺癌改良根治术,术后病理示左乳导管内癌,局部浸润肿物直径3cm,腋下淋巴结(2/2)、左腋窝淋巴结(1/4)见癌转移,免疫组化示ER(60％+)、PR(50％+)、Her-2(+/-)。
