Objectives The aim of this study is to examine whether TIM-3 and Galectin-9(Gal-9) contribute t o the pathogenesis of SLE.Methods Totally 30 patients with SLE and 30 healthy controls were recruited,and their TIM-3 ex pression levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) were examined via flow cytometry,meanwhile their Gal-9 expression levels in serum were measured via enzyme linked immunosor bent assay(ELISA) kit.
