Saprolegniasis is one of the diseases damaging the fishery.There are not effective methods to prevent.The classification of Saprolegniasis is still controversial and we want to study Saprolegniasis.Fifteen filamentous fungal strains were isolated from Chub,Carassius auratus,Percafluritatilislinnaeus and Cyprinus carpio,and strain JY6,JY7,JY15,HL01,LY04,JY10,HL04,and HL02 were proved to be pathogentic to Cyprinus carpio eggs by artifical infection.
