we obtain the estimates of the modular of first order derivative of the viscosity solution of fully nonlinear uniformly elliptic equation under Dini boundary conditions which including that the boundary of the domain is C1,dini, boundary data φ ∈ C1,dini and right hand side f ∈ C-1,dini.We also obtain the estimates for Neumann boundary data in H(o)lder space.
