厚朴酚对癌症恶病质引起的肌肉萎缩及机制探讨

【摘 要】

：

目的 研究厚朴酚在癌症恶病质模型中的作用及机制,为癌症恶病质肌肉萎缩的防治提供新策略.方法 培养C26 细胞,收集C26 条件培养基,用加入马血清的C26 条件培养基培养C2C12 细胞建立体外肌肉萎缩模型.试验分为四组：对照组(C2C12 正常分化组),模型组,10 μ M 厚朴酚处理组,20 μ M 厚朴酚处理组.SRB 检测不同浓度厚朴酚对C2C12 细胞活力的影响.
