  To deal with the challenges in bone engineering, nanofiber-peptide hydrogel, 1∶1 mixture of PRG-RAD16-Ⅰ and RAD16-Ⅰ, was combined to nano-Hydroxyapatite / Collagen (nHAC) scaffolds whose average pore sizes is about 300 μm with interconnected porous structures, to make it a bioactive scaffold (cnHAC) with outer structure mimics extracellular matrices (ECMs).
