我们用能量为5 MeV,剂量为1×1015ions/cm2 的氧离子注入掺钠的铌酸钙钡晶体(Na∶CBN)形成了平面光波导.并且在200 ℃退火30 分钟.分别用棱镜耦合法和端面耦合法测量了退火前后波导的有效折射率和近场光强分布.

：
