Purpose: To describe the principal histopathologic features of 509 enucleated uveal melanoma eyeballs and analyze the relationships with each other.Methods: All enucleated UM eyeballs in Beijing TongRen Hospital from 1992 to 2012 were examined independently by ophthalmic pathologists.To compare clinical features with histopathological measurements of uveal melanoma by tumor size, tumor location, cell type and tumor involvement of sclera canal etc.All results are processed through statistical analysis.
