葡萄膜炎是我国常见的致盲眼病之一,占致盲眼病的第2-6位。它主要是指累及葡萄膜、视网膜、视网膜血管、玻璃体的炎症。在临床上多发生在青壮年,约有35％的葡萄膜炎患者视力有严重损害,如不及时治疗,终将造成不可逆的视力丧失。本文通过我科收治严重葡萄膜炎31例。总结以下护理体会。
