本文着重分析讨论了模具与被加工材料的亲和性,摩擦副法向压力,接触表面温度以及模具表面状态(含模具表面膜、加工光洁度和加工纹路)等主要因素对粘结的影响规津。为避免粘结瘤的产生,相应提出了合理选用模具材料,采用提高耐磨性和抗粘性的表面处理方法以及选择有效润滑剂等预防对策。
This article focuses on the analysis of the mold and the processed material affinity, the normal pressure of the friction pair, the contact surface temperature and the mold surface conditions (including mold surface film, machining finish and processing lines) and other major factors on the adhesion regulation . In order to avoid the occurrence of cohesive nodules, a reasonable selection of mold materials, the use of surface treatment to improve wear resistance and anti-sticking, and the selection of effective lubricants and other preventive measures were proposed.
