目的:BI-RADS为乳腺疾病的标准化诊断发挥了重要作用.乳腺超声造影(CEUS)主要是依据病灶的血流灌注特点来鉴别病灶的良恶性.本研究将对乳腺CEUS与BI-RADS分类联合应用的方法学进行探讨.资料与方法:对490位患者共524个获得病理诊断的乳腺病灶术前进行了常规超声和CEUS,记录常规超声表现并对病灶进行BI-RADS分类评估.CEUS结果进行5分法评估.BI-RADS分类系统与超声造影的联合应用按照不同的两种方法进行.第一种联合应用方法,先以BI-RADS分类系统的5个分类分别对应于1-5分,把BI-RADS分类的分值与超声造影的评分直接相加,从而得到联合应用的总分值,并筛选最佳的诊断截点.第二种联合应用方法,以超声造影评分来修正BI-RADS分类,分别尝试不同的修正规则:①对于超声造影评分为1-3分的病灶,降低病灶类别数或者保持不变;②对于超声造影评分为4-5分的病灶,提高病灶类别数.

目的:探讨分析彩色多普勒超声在乳腺炎诊断中的价值.方法:回顾分析2011年3月～2013年11月56例经手术病理证实及穿刺病理证实浆细胞性乳腺炎患者41例,其中1例合并乳腺导管原位癌,2例合并非典型乳腺增生,另外15例为单纯性乳腺炎.将各种乳腺炎声像图特征,病变位置、形态、边缘、导管扩张与管壁回声、彩色多普勒血流频谱进行分析比较.患者均为女性,年龄27-65周岁,平均年龄(42.3±12.8)岁.
