密肋式折板壳是一种由密肋板在脊(谷)线处汇交构成的新型混凝土空间网格结构,为了解其中人字形拱壳在竖向荷载作用下的力学性能,采用有限元方法计算了23个点支承算例,讨论了投影平面边长比、矢跨比、脊线刚度和边梁刚度等因素变化对结构内力和变形分布的影响。分析表明,结构的受力性能类似于拱壳,内力的分区较为明显;在边长比B/L大于1.0后,边长比的改变不会明显影响结构的刚度和强度;结构最大挠度受矢跨比的影响较小,但拱向肋的内力对矢跨比的改变较为敏感,建议矢跨比不宜低于1/6;脊线相当于拱向肋的系杆,其刚度变化对结构静力性能的影响不大;边梁刚度的增加会提高对拱向肋的约束作用,但只影响拱向肋的边节间内力,对结构最大挠度的改善作用不明显,建议边梁的截面高度可取跨度的1/18~1/14,但作为双向受弯构件需校核其侧向承载力。通过对这种结构在关岭美食城屋盖工程中应用情况的介绍,表明其具有优良的技术经济指标。
The multi-ribbed folded shell is a new type of concrete space grid composed of dense ribbed ribs (valleys). In order to understand the mechanical properties of herringbone arches under vertical loading, Meta-method has been used to calculate 23 point support cases. The effect of span ratio is smaller, but the internal force of arch to rib is more sensitive to the change of aspect ratio, and the recommended ratio of span to span should not be less than 1/6. The ridge line is equivalent to the arch to arch rib, However, the influence of the stiffness of the side beam on the rib is increased, but the internal force between the ribs on the rib side only affects the improvement of the maximum deflection of the structure, which is not obvious. It is suggested that the cross-section height Desirable span of 1/18 ~ 1/14, but as a two-way flexural members to be checked its lateral bearing capacity. Through the application of this kind of structure in the roof cover project of Guanling Food City, it shows that it has excellent technical and economic indexes.
