学长辅导制研究

【摘要】

：

学长辅导制是目前高校已逐渐推行的一种学生自主管理模式.在对学长辅导制涵义进行阐述的基础上,对学长辅导制的意义从涉及的主体及对主体的作用两个方面进行了全面分析研究,进而总结分析了其实施步骤和措施,最后以在微软IT学院担任班主任并任教的亲身体会作为实际案例,探讨了在其教学特色下实施学长辅导制的优势,实践经验表明其效果良好.
