新型竹塑复合工程材料界面表征与性能调控

  我国孟宗竹数量约占全球90%,但加工水平却令超过60 wt%的材质沦为竹粉等剩余物。为此将孟宗竹粉(MBF)经γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)表面改性并与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合后,提出了竹粉多达50-70 wt%的新型复合材料;采用衍射法(XRD)与电镜法(SEM)诠释了界面演变,借助人工智能(A工)调控了综合性能。
