Due to the weak spin-orbit and hyperfine interactions, which always leads to spin relaxation and decoherence in other materials, graphene is promised to be useful in the field of spintronics.One way to incorporate graphene in spintronic devices is through the doping of graphene with magnetic impurity atoms which is coupled by the conduction electrons in graphene.At present, there is still lack of an effective way to manipulate the indirect (RKKY) interaction between the magnetic impurities.By the study of magnetically doped graphene p-n junction,the realization of all electrical manipulation of RKKY interaction is demonstrated theoretically.
